in the bank, sometimes customers want to have a say too;
they could comment or give feedback, but most of the time they choose to complain.
their complain/request/appeal are subject to approval by management;
We cannot promise them anything, but we can try out best.
today, a customer received a phone call from the complain department saying that her problem was not resolved and her request/complain was rejected.
I told my boss about this; and his reply was,
“Don’t worry, the appeal case is rejected but not final. The complain department only rejected the case because they do not have the authority to approve it”.
Those words, blew my mind.
its like, “Eh, ya wor! they memang takde authority! but we go to them because they are ‘supposed’ help us sort out our problems..!”
But ACTUALLY, there are higher authorities.
and if you think about all your problems/ stress/ life issues, we got access to the Highest Authority!
